Returns/Refunds and Shipping Policy

For refunds and returns please refer to Section 13 of the terms and conditions as laid out below. 
 

SECTION 13 – REFUNDS

All refund requests must be made within 7 days. The refund request begins from the date that you receive the product at your location. If you exceed the policy period, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • Send us clear picture highlighting the issue in the product.
  • Product must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
 Contact support@shoppingemperor.com for refund requests! We aim to respond within 24-48 hours. The time of your refund will count on the time when you email us. Example, we offer 7 days for a refund. If you email us when you have already had your product for 6 days, and it takes us two days to reply to your email, the refund will be honored. Our response time does not factor in to “Time-out” refunds.

I just placed an order when will it ship?

Please allow 2 – 3 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out. 

How long is shipping time?

·      Average time: 5 – 10 days business days

 

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, then cancellation is not possible. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line “CANCEL” and please give us as much details as you can so we can locate the order and attempt to cancel it. Please bear with us, we will try to get your payment refunded as soon as we can.

I have entered an incorrect spelling of my dress or the wrong address!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.

My item has arrived damaged
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

If this happens to you, please contact us with:

    – Your order number.

    – A picture of the damaged product.

Once received, the goal of Shopping Emperor will be to help facilitate sending out another free of charge. In the event of the third parties that we use not agreeing to this, we will look to return your money. Your customer support is important to us, please be patient while this process is fulfilled.
